UFC Breaks European Event Record, Sells Out Sweden In 3 Hours

UFC on Fuel 2 will take place in front of a sold out crowd in Stockholm, Sweden this April as the UFC has set a new record for a European event by selling out the Ericcson Globe Arena in 3 hours.<Br><Br>

It will be the first time the company holds a card Sweden. They have previously held events in Ireland, England, and Germany.<Br><Br>

UFC President Dana White gave his thoughts on the sell-out:<Br><BR>

"People have been telling me how big of a market Sweden was for the UFC and today, the fans went out and proved it," UFC President Dana White said. "I love taking the UFC to new markets. I can't wait to get to Stockholm in April because we're going to put on a great event!"<Br><Br>
